A PUREtek version for Agriculture is feed into sewage lines and collection pits to kill off bacteria and alleviate deadly and odorous H2S gas. Part of any biosecurity program in agriculture should include the regular use of our an enzymatic cleaner called PRESOAK, to eat through the resistant biofilm that covers bacteria and allow the cleaning agent to attack and kill the bacteria directly. Without a specialized cleaner working its way through the biofilm, bacteria can remain safely secured to your surfaces and can continue to grow and infect animals and humans that come in contact with it. MFStek manufactures Bacoban, a unique surface and medical device cleaner that leaves behind a nano-scale coating with infused active biocides. These active antimicrobials are bound to the coating and are activated when they come into contact with bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi.

Applying MFStek coatings to absorbent surfaces such as textile and stone is simple. Spray the water based water material on to the surface and let dry. Optimal yields are achievable on each application as only one coat is required and treated areas darken when wet. Once dried the coating does not alter the aesthetic or tact of the surface.
Numerous uses for our nano-based products for the military include Bacoban treatments for the inside of boots to make them anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Use our SIGMAtek Absorbent coating on the outside of the boot to make it water resistant. Bacoban can be infused into all the clothing at the time of manufacture or added in during washing process to create an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal protective coating.

MFStek has finalized in-house testing to confirm that PUREtek has the ability to quickly and efficiently eliminate H2S in sour extraction water while reducing the Lower Explosive Limit to zero. PUREtek does so while remaining safe for end users to handle and the environment by self-cancelling through use.
Puretek, Oil Eliminator and other proprietary MFS Technologies have been approved by the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) for use in oil spill cleanup and soil remediation projects in the Gulf of Mexico.
With the application of PUREtek to tailing ponds or sumps and tanks of processed water from mining operations, accelerated sedimentation is achieved along with the killing off bacteria which can be producing toxic and odorous H2S gas. With optional additives in Puretek, suspended oil in the water will rise to the surface for collection and possible resale.
Prior to cleaning oil and or processed water in storage tanks, residual product can create dangerous levels of H2S gas and LELs inside the tank. With the application of PUREtek to the tanks these levels will be greatly reduced if not eliminated making for a much safer environment for maintenance workers. PUREtek is simpler to apply and costs less than traditional gas cleanup processes.
Oil and gas tanker trucks often haul processed water from drilling activities. The water and oil mixture can include many harmful materials along with high bacteria loads. With the simple addition of PUREtek to the tanker the water will have the bacteria eliminated which are often creating deadly H2S gas in the tanker. Suspended materials will be dropped to the bottom of the tanker. The treated water will be in a better position for reuse or further sanitization. Application of SIGMAtek Non-Absorbent to the outside surface of the tanker drug will help make it easier to clean.
Wash away biofilm with our PRESOAK detergent. Every year or even 6 months, depending on usage, follow the PRESOAK cleaning with FINAL WASH and then apply Sigmatek Non-Absorbent to all the hard surface to make them easier to keep clean. Apply Bacoban after washing livestock trailers to further eliminate bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi and protect the surfaces from reinfection.
Nanocoat Clear and or Ultra can provide a very durable coating to the outside of railcars to help keep them clean and make graffiti easier to wash off. Inside coatings are also available to reduce the corrosion effect of certain materials hauled in the railcar. Reduction of H2S gas inside oil hauling tanker cars can be achieved with the use of PUREtek.
